Leadership from U.S. Army Garrison Yongsan in the Republic of Korea resigned the Army Family Covenant on Dec. 18

The covenant serves as a promise to Soldiers and their Families that the Army will be there to support them, said Installation Management Command officials, especially during this time of increased deployments and challenges.
